CREAB and the SPrAM Theory group have a unique apparatus for temperature-dependent surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) with a regulation at 0.05°C. It allows to study the hybridization/dehybridization phenomena of DNA chips, with a sensitivity up to point mutation.
