Epigenetic modifications of DNA

Epigenetic modifications consist in a series of biochemical signals that lead to heritable phenotype changes without alterations of the DNA sequence. The team is in particular interested in DNA methylation and the impact of toxic exposure on the level of 5-methylcytosine.
