The e-Nose group conducts research in different axes, including
1) design of original cross-reactive and specific sensing materials based on different strategies: protein engineering, phage display, virtual screening, etc.;
2) surface engineering to decrease the drift of system;
3) use of bionanomaterials to increase the specific surface;
4) integration of sensing materials into different optical detection systems;
5) application of e-nose in diverse domains.
